We always interview on an ongoing basis and it is not uncommon for us to seek several people for the same role. As long as the job advertisement is active, just apply if you are interested.
Normally, we work with a first selection and then an initial interview which is per on a personal level. If you move on, a second, more role-specific interview takes place, followed by reference taking, background check and finally contract writing.
There is no exact answer to that question, but normally a recruitment from start to finish usually takes about 4 weeks.
